​Design of a ten-story luxury residential building with 75 units is ongoing. This project includes an indoor swimming pool, retail spaces, and parking. The building is located in the historic South Beach area of San Francisco. The structural system for the building features a concrete post-tensioned slab with concrete shear walls supported on a concrete mat foundation system. Preservation of an existing historic façade is also required.
