​This new two-story, 45,200-square-foot facility is built inside the footprint of an existing industrial warehouse building. The lateral structural system utilizes special concentric brace frames, while the gravity structural system comprises composite steel beams and girders, concrete fill over metal decks, and steel columns. The building is supported on steel piles, pile caps, and a grade beam system. The facility complies with Essential Services requirements.
